Bill Tillou
Bill has been a certified Personal Trainer since 1993 and has been in the gym business for 30 yrs. He has always placed in the top five in all the national qualifying bodybuilding competitions in his 35 yrs of competing first in the AAU and now the NPC. Although his field of expertise has been old school hard core bodybuilding, many of his clients have been weight loss and general fitness. He believes in holistic training and guarantees results if you follow his guidelines. Meal planning available at a nominal fee.

Val Bardell
Val has been an avid fitness buff most of her life, keeping up with all the new fads. She found her love for weight lifting about 18 years ago when she joined Freeport Health Club. Val was eager to share and teach others what she had been learning and 10 years ago she began her journey of helping others become fit. She has been working beside Bill as a certified trainer and enjoys watching her clients reach their goals. Val works up individual routines best suited to meet the needs and goals of each clients. If you’re ready for something new and different Val can show you how to use the TrekWay, her favorite “toy” here at the gym and the only place you’ll find it around here. Val will push, encourage and share in all your fitness goals and accomplishments.
